In 2013 Meg was rebuilding her clientele for the third time after, yet again, another move. After busting her butt for another 12 months, she had grown to fill her books and was getting discouraged that she was approaching her ceiling. At the time she was working 5 days a week and usually 10+ hour days. Being the seasoned stylist that she was, she was seeing 4-5 clients a day and was making decent money. However, Meg wasn't quite satisfied. At the end of each working day she was physically and emotionally spent. One night after returning home, her husband sat her down and had a discussion with her. He voiced his concern and frustration that she was grumpy and mean when she would come home after a long day. She was giving all she had to her career, and her clients, but was running on fumes by day end. A change was necessary.
Meg knew there was a better way. Early on while running her business she recognized the importance to systemize as much as possible.
